Reynolds, Charlotte, Fort Myers: NC State’s 2026-27 Non-Con Roadmap
Alright Pack fans, the wait is over. NC State Women’s Basketball just dropped the official non-conference schedule for next season, and it’s looking spicy. The official account posted it this afternoon with the classic “You’ve asked. We’ve delivered” energy, and the graphics alone got the timeline buzzing.
Coach Wes Moore and crew are loading up for a fun (and challenging) November and December. Thirteen non-con games total: eight of them at the friendly confines of Reynolds Coliseum, two true road trips, and three neutral-site matchups. They’re also lining up a couple of exhibitions to shake off the rust.
Here’s the rundown of the actual games:
- Nov. 2 – Wofford (home)
- Nov. 4 – Campbell (home)
- Nov. 8 – Kentucky (Ally Tipoff at Spectrum Center in Charlotte)
- Nov. 11 – Liberty (home)
- Nov. 15 – at Seton Hall
- Nov. 19 – Georgetown (home)
- Nov. 22 – Coastal Carolina (home)
- Nov. 27 – Kansas State (7 p.m., Fort Myers Tip-Off)
- Nov. 28 – LSU (4:30 p.m., Fort Myers Tip-Off)
- Dec. 2 – at Ole Miss
- Dec. 6 – Davidson (home)
- Dec. 9 – Jacksonville (home)
- Dec. 20 – Navy (home)
Before the real games tip, they’ll host High Point on Oct. 8 and UNCW on Oct. 24 in exhibitions at Reynolds.
The highlights jump out immediately. A trip to Charlotte to face Kentucky early? That’s a statement game right out of the gate. Then you’ve got the Fort Myers Tip-Off over Thanksgiving weekend against Kansas State and LSU back-to-back. Those are two legit teams that’ll test the Pack in a neutral setting. And a road trip to Oxford to take on Ole Miss in early December? Not soft at all.
They’ll also see some solid mid-majors and recent postseason teams mixed in (Seton Hall, Navy, Jacksonville, etc.). Overall the non-con slate has some bite without being completely brutal, which is usually the sweet spot for getting ready for ACC play.
ACC schedule, tip times, and TV info will come later, but for now this is more than enough to get excited about. Reynolds is going to be rocking early and often, Charlotte gets a big early-season showcase, and the Pack gets some quality looks against Power conference competition before the real grind starts.
