Backcourt (Guards – Deep & Experienced )

  • 1st Team: Zoe Brooks and Desiree Wooten
  • 2nd Team: Destiny “Ky’She” Lunan (So, 5’10”) – showed promise in NCAA tourney; solid 3PT shooter
  • 3rd Team / Utility: Adelaide Jernigan (So, 5’11”) – high-IQ, former top recruit ready for bigger minutes

Wings / Perimeter Forwards

  • 1st Team: Qadence Samuels
  • 2nd Team: Kamora Pruitt (Fr, 6’2″) – top-40 recruit; versatile scorer/athlete who can slide to wing or forward
  • 3rd / Depth: (Utility – Adelaide Jernigan)

Frontcourt (Forwards/Bigs – Athletic & Switchable)

  • 1st Team: Khamil Pierre and Khady Leye
  • 2nd Team: Maddie Cox (Sr, 6’2″) – reliable veteran, good mid-range/3PT touch
  • 3rd Team / Rotation:
    • Annsley Trivette (Fr, 6’3″) – the “traditional center” piece; length and skill for the paint
  • 4th / Depth: Favour Chinoye (Fr, 6’1″) – physical international forward; adds toughness on the glass

Projected Rotation Notes

  • 9-10 deep rotation most nights (Moore loves this before ACC Play). Seniors (Brooks, Wooten, Samuels, Pierre, Leye) will log the heaviest minutes early.
  • Freshmen impact: Pruitt and Trivette should play immediately; Pruitt as a wing/forward hybrid, Trivette spelling Pierre/Leye inside. Don’t sleep on Chinoye as a mere developmental piece.
  • Biggest strengths: Backcourt scoring + playmaking (Brooks + Wooten), elite frontcourt rebounding (Pierre + Leye/Cox/Trivette), and switchable defense across the board.
  • Potential adjustments: If Trivette develops quickly, she could start over Leye in some matchups for extra size. Jernigan/Lunan will spell the guards heavily in ACC play.

This group has serious ACC contention upside again; veteran core + perfect plug-and-play transfers + high-upside freshmen. The chemistry should click fast with so many experienced pieces.
