3. They Made Stanford Pay for Every Mistake! NC State was super opportunistic, turning Stanford’s 21 turnovers into 24 points. It’s like, “Thanks for the ball, we’ll take those points!”
4. Bossed Them Around Inside! The Pack owned the paint, outscoring Stanford 34-24 down low and grabbing way more rebounds overall (42-35). They weren’t letting Stanford get many second chances.
5. Deep Bench Came to Play! Even the players coming off the bench were crushing it, putting up 19 points against Stanford’s 7. Shows they’ve got talent all the way down the roster!
6. Do not sleep on Maddie Cox. She had 7 points, 4 rebounds and a block. More importantly, she ignited the team offensively and defensively coming off the bench. Played the role of 6th woman perfectly.
